Assets License

This page governs the use of all digital assets (collectively, "The Assets") distributed through our platform. Where we refer to our "Platform" in this License, we refer to dendewa.vercel.app and all associated pages, tools, and services we provide. Individuals who access or download the Assets are referred to as "Users"

By downloading or using any of the Assets in any manner, you accept the terms outlined in this License and acknowledge that your use of the Assets is subject to the conditions described herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the Assets. You may also contact us at dendewalab@outlook.com with any questions about these terms.

License Overview

The Assets we distribute cover a wide range of digital works made available through our platform for use in creative and technical projects. We offer these Assets to users directly through our platform, and the terms on this page apply to all such materials unless otherwise stated on the individual asset page.

We may update this License from time to time at our sole discretion. If we do, we will post the updated terms on this page. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. We encourage you to review this page regularly for any updates. Your continued use of the Assets following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Asset Categories

Not all Assets available on our platform share the same licensing terms. To understand which rules apply to a given Asset, it is important to identify which of the following categories it belongs to. You are responsible for determining the correct category before using any Asset.

  • Original Assets

Assets conceived, authored, and produced directly by us. Unless otherwise stated on the individual asset page, all original works are governed entirely by the terms described in this document.

  • Contributed Assets

Assets authored by third-party creators and hosted on our platform solely for distribution purposes. We do not hold ownership of, nor do we hold licensing authority over, any contributed work. For these assets, you must refer to and comply with the specific license terms set by each respective creator. If the applicable terms are unclear or unavailable, we recommend contacting the creator directly before proceeding with use.

Usage & Credit

Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use our original Assets as described below. We may provide relevant information about specific Assets throughout our platform in addition to what is outlined here.

  • Commercial & Non-Commercial Use

You may use the Assets in both commercial and non-commercial projects, including but not limited to monetized video content, interactive media, and private or internal works.

  • Modification & Forking

You are permitted to use our Assets as a base or starting point for your own work. This includes editing source files, adjusting parameters, extending functionality, or building entirely new works on top of what we have made available, provided that all other terms of this license are observed.

  • Mandatory Attribution

Regardless of the nature or context of your use, you must provide clear and visible credit to us that is accessible to the intended audience of your work. Each Asset includes a README file containing specific attribution instructions. You are expected to read and follow those instructions, as they may vary between Assets.

If an Asset's README does not specify a credit format, use the following as a fallback:

    Credit: material by dendewa (https://dendewa.vercel.app/)

Failure to provide proper attribution is considered a material violation of this license and may result in the revocation of your right to use the Assets.

MIT & Base Code

Some of our Assets incorporate source code originally released under the MIT License. We acknowledge and adhere to all obligations imposed by that license, and we expect users of those Assets to do the same. Where MIT-licensed code is present, the following conditions apply:

  • Preservation of Notices

You must preserve all original copyright notices, author attributions, and permission statements found in the headers of any source files. These notices may not be removed, altered, or obscured in any form, regardless of the extent of your modifications.

  • Scope of Each License

The MIT License applies to the underlying core logic and structure of the base code. Our licensing terms apply separately and exclusively to the modifications, extensions, and original implementations introduced by us. Where both licenses apply at the same time, you are expected to honor the obligations of each independently. Neither license supersedes the other in any area of overlap.

Restrictions

There are certain things you may not do with our Assets. These restrictions are in place to protect the integrity of our work, the rights of contributing creators, and the trust of the broader community. Below is a summary of those restrictions:

  • Unauthorized Commercialization

You may not sell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize the Assets as standalone products. The Assets may only be monetized when incorporated as part of a larger, substantially original work in which the Assets serve a supporting role.

  • False Authorship

You may not represent our Assets, whether unmodified or minimally altered, as your own original creation. This includes removing, replacing, or obscuring existing credits for the purpose of misrepresenting where the work originated.

  • Redistribution Without Attribution

You are welcome to fork our Assets and redistribute your own derivative work. However, in all such cases, our name must remain clearly visible to the end audience. Regardless of how extensively you have modified the Assets, credit to us must be retained. Redistribution of any kind without proper attribution is a direct violation of this license.
